How do I choose the right size for me?
Each garment has its own size chart, but you can also find a detailed guide on how to take your measurements correctly. If you have any doubts, write to us: we are happy to help you.

Do the garments fit true to size or run large?
It depends on the model. In each product description, we indicate whether it is slim, relaxed, or oversized, with tips on the fit.

Can I order a custom-made garment?
No, at the moment the items available online cannot be customized. However, you can contact the tailor or designer directly, or if you prefer, write to us using the contact form: we will do our best to meet all your requests.

Production and materials

Who makes SelDress garments?
Every garment is created by carefully selected artisanal tailors. When applicable, the product page and label indicate the tailor or designer who created it. We know who produced each garment, the materials used, and the story behind its creation.

What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use natural fibers, but not exclusively. We select quality fabrics of Italian or European origin. The product description always indicates the composition and tips for garment care.

Are the clothes available all year round?
No, we produce in very small quantities. Some models are one-of-a-kind pieces or part of limited seasonal collections.

Shipping and returns

How long does shipping take?
We ship within 3–5 business days. Every order is prepared with care and packaged by hand.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Of course! You have 14 days to make a return. The garment must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. You can find all the details on the Returns and Refunds page.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Currently, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, but in the event of a size exchange or a defective product, we will take care of everything.
